Parragon Ltd provides site security, CCTV, lighting and manned security services in the UK. We are responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you contact us we collect your name, email, phone number and the details of your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your information to handle enquiries, provide quotations and services, manage business relationships and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data. Where you request a contract with us personally, we rely on steps towards or performance of that contract. For business contacts acting for an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and relationships, balanced against your rights.

AI-assisted recommendations and replies

If you request a security recommendation, your description is processed through Lovable AI to suggest a relevant Parragon offering. Approved staff may also send enquiry text and relevant staff notes to Lovable AI to draft replies. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in a recommendation request. Recommendations are generated automatically and do not replace a site assessment. Staff reply drafts are reviewed by staff and are not sent automatically. These tools do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who receives your information

Our authorised team and service providers process information needed to handle your request. Lovable provides website hosting, managed enquiry and confirmation email delivery, and AI processing through its model providers. Information may also be shared with professional advisers, subcontractors or authorities where necessary for our services or legal obligations. Contact us for information about suppliers and applicable international transfer safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Email parragon@parragonuk.org. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Depending on the processing, you may also request restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent where we rely on it.
